This was achieved with a rubber bulb in my hand attached to a tube that ran up my arm to a "Y" then down and ended just above my eyes.

In rehearsal as Ana  slid down to the floor she hit her head on the desk. She was okay and we filmed the shot.

 She is adorably very sweet.
